These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “T&Cs”) govern the legal framework for the provision of the website https://nathalielesbaches.com (the “Website”) and define the terms of access and use of the Website’s services by the “User”.
WS CONSULTING ONLINE LP (or “WSCO”) offers coaching and personal development “Services” accessible to Users via video conferencing tools. These T&Cs govern your use of these Services.
WSCO invites Users to read these T&Cs carefully. By subscribing to our services on the Website, you accept the T&Cs. The characteristics of each service are indicated on the page dedicated to their subscription. The photographs or graphics presented on the website are not contractual. The User acknowledges having read and accepted the T&Cs by checking the box provided for this purpose before subscribing to our services. These T&Cs are systematically communicated to any User who requests them.
1. Services
Description and purpose
The coaching sessions are conducted remotely via the Zoom video conferencing platform by independent and qualified coachs. These sessions aim to explore personal, emotional or professional questions, to promote personal development and user well-being. WSCO connects the user with the coach of their choice, depending on the availability and specialties of each. Sessions can be one-off or part of a more regular support.
Subscription process
Subscription to WSCO’s services is as follows:
- Choice of coach : the User selects the coach of their choice by consulting the profiles and availability;
- Choice of urgency (if applicable) : the User can choose an urgent consultation option for an additional fee;
- Choice of session duration : the User selects the desired duration of the session;
- Order information : the User completes and validates the order form with their billing information;
- Payment by credit card : the User makes the payment by credit card, via a secure payment system;
- Booking in the calendar : once the payment has been validated, the User can select the day and date of the session from the coach’s online calendar.
The User guarantees and declares on their honor that all the information indicated in the order form is accurate and compliant.
Conditions for conducting sessions
The coaching sessions are conducted via the Zoom video conferencing platform. The user is responsible for having a stable internet connection and compatible computer equipment (computer, tablet, smartphone). WSCO does not guarantee the quality of the user’s internet connection or the proper functioning of their computer equipment. In case of technical problems, the session may be postponed or refunded, on a case-by-case basis.
Minimum age
You must be 18 years of age or have reached the legal age of majority in your province, territory or country to subscribe to WSCO’s services. Minors may not use our services under any circumstances, even under adult supervision.
2. Prices and payments
Price display
The session fees are indicated all taxes included in euros (€) and are clearly displayed on the order page. They vary depending on the length of the session, the chosen coach, the type of service, and the urgency of the consultation.
Payment method
Payment is made by credit card, through a secure payment system. Once the payment is validated, the session reservation is confirmed.
Changes in price and subscriptions
WSCO reserves the right to change its rates at any time without prior notice. The applicable prices are those displayed on the order page at the time of subscription. The user is responsible for regularly checking the applicable rates before any new order. Price changes do not apply to orders already paid for.
3. Responsibility
Unavailability
WSCO can in no way be held responsible for the unavailability, whether temporary or permanent, of the Website and although WSCO implements all its means to ensure the service permanently, it may be interrupted at any time. In addition, WSCO reserves the right, by a voluntary act, to make the Website unavailable to perform any update, improvement or maintenance. As far as possible, WSCO will endeavor to notify Users via the Website.
Failure to operate
As mentioned earlier in these Terms, WSCO can in no way be held responsible for any failure in the operation of the services for reasons beyond its control, beyond its will, unforeseeable and irresistible or for which the fault cannot be attributed to it.
4. Cancellation and refund
In accordance with good commercial practices, the user has a right of cancellation allowing them to cancel their order and obtain a refund, under the conditions defined below:
User’s cancellation
The user may cancel and request a full refund of their subscription, provided that their request is made within 14 days of the date of payment and no later than 72 hours (3 days) before the agreed appointment date. If the cancel occurs less than 72 hours (3 days) before the date of the session, the user will be refunded only 50% of the amount of the order.
Change of appointment date
The user may request to change the date of their appointment by contacting customer service no later than 72 hours (3 days) before the date of the session. Postponement of the session will be possible, but the user will not have priority over other customers on the calendar for the new date.
Delay of the customer or the coach
In case of delay of more than 20 minutes on the part of the customer, the session will be considered canceled by them and no refund will be granted.
In case of delay of more than 20 minutes on the part of the coach, the session will be postponed and the user will be offered a new appointment as a priority.
Cancellation or delay beyond the control of the 2 parties
In case of delay or cancellation beyond the control of the customer (for example, medical emergency or force majeure), they must provide proof justifying this situation. A new appointment will then be offered to them, without priority on the calendar. In the absence of proof provided by the customer, no refund will be granted. If the delay or cancellation comes from the coach, a new priority appointment will then be offered to the user.
Resettlement efforts
Although the conditions of cancellation and refund are clearly defined above, WSCO is committed to doing its best to reposition appointments and avoid cancellations, as far as possible. However, it is important to note that these resettlement efforts do not constitute a guarantee and remain subject to the availability and organization conditions of WSCO.
Refund procedure
Refund requests must be sent to Customer Service, within the deadlines provided above. The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the request, using the same payment method as the one used during the order.
5. Intellectual property
You agree not to archive, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, execute, publish, grant, create derivative works, sell or use (except for express authorization mentioned in these T&Cs) the content and information of the WSCO Services (or obtained through it). You also agree not to: circumvent, remove, modify, disable, destroy or defeat the content protections in connection with these services; use robots, crawlers, web scraping tools or other automated methods to access these services; decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any software, product or process accessible through these services; insert any code or product, or manipulate the content of these services in any way; or use any method of exploration, collection or extraction of data. Similarly, you agree not to upload, post, email or otherwise send or transmit any content to interrupt, destroy or restrict the functionality of any software or computer or telecommunications equipment associated with these services, including any viruses or other computer code, files or programs. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of our services if you violate these T&Cs or make illegal or unlawful use of these services.

7. Miscellaneous
Unsolicited content
WSCO does not accept any unsolicited content or ideas regarding its services, and disclaims any liability for similarities between its content or programming and the content or ideas transmitted to it.
Nullity or invalidity
If one or more provisions in these T&Cs should prove to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully applicable and retain their effects.
Non-waiver
The fact that WSCO or the User does not exercise, at any time, a prerogative recognized by these T&Cs cannot in any case be interpreted as an express or tacit waiver of the right to exercise the said prerogative in the future.
Modification of the T&Cs
We may be required to modify these terms and conditions of use and sale to take into account legislative, regulatory, or new features of our website. The changes are published on this page and we encourage you to check regularly to stay informed of any changes.
